There is a bright new star in the sky tonight. Bojangles my son, you were my friend, my light, my trusted companion of over 10 yrs. Although disease took your body, your spirit lives on in me. Thank you my boy for the privilege of being your mommy. I may have found you that fateful morning in a North Caroline field but you baby were the one who rescued me. I wish I could go with you but someday, when my time comes, I know you will be there waiting for me with a soccer ball at my feet begging for me to kick it. Void of pain now you are running in beautiful fields, napping under the suns of paradise and swimming in the waters of eternity. My heart is broken. I love you madly and I miss you deeply. Ohhhh you guys, my heart hurts for you, I’m so very sorry to read this sad news.
Bojangles led such a courageous battle and his spirit will guide all Tripawds who come after him for all time by showing them that it’s all about living life to the fullest — cancer can never take that away! You both had such a beautiful bond, it’s an honor to have been a part of your journey, thank you so very much.
We hope you’ll share more photos, he was so very, very sweet. We will miss him dearly.

We are all crying with you. Far too many of us unsderstand the pain, the devastation, the depth of despair, the void…the huge huge void, the loss of your shadow, your soulmate. You walk around in circles, not knowing what to do next, you sit and stare, you’ll are in a fog, you have no color in your life, everything is grey, waves of grief wash over you and you think the hurt will never stop.
And then the great memories of your time together will continue to sneak in….these are the memories Bo wants you to remember! His transition was just a blink….his days of living his life to the fullest with his soulmate number in the THOUSANDS!!!
And those “ten months” of BO NUS time…..yeah, in dog years that’s almos SEVEN YEARS!!!
These pictures speak volumes about your bodn…your unbreakable bond. You two shared such a glorious life of adventure and companionship. You shared a magical connection and, make no mistake about it, it can NEVER be broken!!
Please stay connected to us, please. We would love to see more pictures and hear more about your beautiful boy! Lean on us. This is not easy. This loss is like no other…the void is like no other.

What a sweet, beautiful pup……I am so very sorry for your loss. You both had a wonderful, adventurous life together, however it is never long enough…..Mr. Bojangles reminds me so much of my precious Angel Polly, lost the same leg as well…..May they both be happy, and running endlessly on all 4’s again over the Bridge.
